FINAL PROPOSAL

For my final project, I would like to create and design 10-15 music and art festival posters, posters in which you've maybe seen for festivals such as Coachella or Bonnaroo. I am still thinking about whether to have the posters themes all to be a complete idea such as a specific theme for example a futuristic theme or a retro 70's theme.  Or to have each few posters that would represent the different days have complete and separate themes and idea without any connection, but either way these themes would be carried out throughout the entire musical festival.

The idea of these posters are to attract people who are interested not only in the performing acts, but to also invite people to a unique experience unlike a typical concert. So, the audience would really be anyone and everyone interested in music and arts festival.

My budget would be very inexpensive considering I already have the programs I would need in order to craft and create the final images through Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. For a time frame I think no longer than one month would be needed in order for me to have a final and very well put together project.




PROCESS
      

• Working on themes for each individual day(which would likely consist of 3-4 posters)/ decided on each day having no connection in regards to the previous.
• Once themes have been figured out, work on numerous rough sketches and designs for posters, as well as colors, font sizing, font style etc.
• Once satisfied with 10-15 sketches, the next step would be using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to construct the hard and final images by creating the graphics.
