my thoughts on contracts

I think that contracts are not only extremely important part of any type of business agreement, I think they are absolutely necessary. A contracts purpose is to protect both parties, to ensure that no one is being taken advantage of. A contract can state who is responsible for what aspects of a project and who is not, Whom can do what and whom cannot, these type of agreements can protect people from fraud, etc.

Since I completely changed my idea and concept. I don't really have a planned out schedule for the work I am doing. I am pretty much trying to work on the comic book as of now daily. Getting the characters and background to look as smooth and professional as possible. The programs I am using for this comic book video, will consist of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and windows movie maker to put the whole thing together. I do not need a contract for the project I am creating as I will be working alone and using my one work. FINAL PROPOSAL For my final project, I would like to create and design 10-15 music and art festival posters, posters in which you've maybe seen for festivals such as Coachella or Bonnaroo. I am still thinking about whether to have the posters themes all to be a complete idea such as a specific theme for example a futuristic theme or a retro 70's theme.  Or to have each few posters that would represent the different days have complete and separate themes and idea without any connection, but either way these themes would be carried out throughout the entire musical festival. What is Media Arts? Digital Media Art is a massive form of communication, entertainment,  through a means of art such as painting, drawing, digital design etc., the possibilities are endless. There are so many different platforms of media in which communication can be established from point A (usually a company, etc.) and making its way to point B (typically the audience).
